Processing Time

Shipping Rates & Duties

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

UK orders: Orders valued at £140 or less (including shipping) are usually not subject to import duties. Orders above this threshold may incur VAT, clearance fees, or customs charges. These are set by UK authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. FiveShape does not cover or reimburse these fees. Refusing to pay may result in your order being returned or disposed of without a refund.
Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@fiveshape.com. We’ll do our best to update the details, but once your order is processed for shipping, changes can’t be guaranteed.
Order Cancellation
We ship quickly! You have a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. After that, your order will already be processing. To cancel, contact us right away at info@fiveshape.com with your order number.
